Something Not Right?

All sales of Enel X/JuiceBox products are final and are not eligible for return or refund. For all other purchases, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt (an electronic receipt is okay.) Note that custom-built charging stations and DIY kits are not returnable. Any damaged or missing items must be reported to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. If you received a defective item, please notify our customer support team at (866) 976-8890. We will try to identify the problem and offer an appropriate solution such as repair or exchange.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send the product back without this RMA number!
